Adding translation for zh-cn (Simplified Chinese)
...
Note that I changed the language names to lookup from {lang}-{region} instead of
just {lang}, because Genshin Impact supports both zh-cn and zh-tw locales.
zh-tw's tranlsation is different zh-cn.
